Premier Mobile Medical provides Dot Drug Testing, Non-dot Drug Testing, Dna Collection Service, Breath Alcohol Testing, Drug Test Collection, Mobile Drug Testing, Private Duty Nursing, Post-op Nursing Care and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
